A complete, accurate walkthrough of how DIGIMRKT handles an order — both sides shown. Left is what your customer sees. Right is what you see on your admin number. You will do exactly one thing in this entire process.
Both conversations happen simultaneously. Your customer has no idea there's an admin verification step — they just see a smooth, fast experience. You only need to verify the screenshot once per order.
Quote the bot's message and reply NO. The bot will immediately notify the customer that the payment was not verified, and cancel the order automatically. No manual action needed.
The bot detects the message using keyword matching. If it's a greeting ("hi", "hello", etc.), it replies with a welcome and your full service menu. If it's a direct package name, it jumps straight to confirmation. This happens in under 1 second, 24 hours a day.
Once a package is chosen, the bot confirms the name and price, then asks the customer to send the target link (for example, the post or profile to deliver to). The bot validates the link format automatically.
After receiving a valid link, the bot automatically sends your UPI QR code (the one configured in your service settings) with the exact price. The customer can scan it with any UPI app — GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc. — and pay in seconds.
After completing payment, the customer sends a payment screenshot (the UPI success screen) back in the chat. The bot acknowledges it instantly and tells the customer to wait while the payment is verified by your team.
Simultaneously, the bot sends a full notification to your admin WhatsApp number (your secondary number configured during setup). This notification includes the customer's number, the package, the amount, the target link, and the forwarded screenshot image. All the info you need to verify the payment in one glance.
You open the screenshot, confirm the amount matches, and quote the bot's notification message and reply YES. The bot detects that you've quoted its specific message and treats it as a verified confirmation. If the payment looks fake or incorrect, reply NO — the bot will cancel the order and notify the customer automatically. This is the only manual step in the entire flow.
The moment your YES reply is detected, the bot calls your service provider panel API with the order details (service ID, target link, quantity). The API places the order and returns an order ID. This entire API call takes under 1 second.
The bot sends a final confirmation message to the customer with the order ID and estimated delivery time. The customer now knows their order is placed and when to expect it. The transaction is complete — logged in your control panel with all details.
Out of 8 steps in a full order cycle, only 1 requires your input. Everything else is handled by the bot on your servers 24/7.
Fill the form, pay ₹399, get your credentials, log in, and scan QR. Your bot runs this entire flow automatically from the moment it's live.
