DIGIMRKT is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that provides WhatsApp automation tools for digital entrepreneurs and SMM resellers. We do not sell digital services directly. This policy explains how we handle the data you and your customers share when you use our platform — including our use of anonymised conversation data for bot improvement.

DIGIMRKT operates a WhatsApp bot on your behalf using the phone number you register. All WhatsApp message content processed by your bot passes through our server infrastructure. Beyond what is technically necessary for bot operation and order processing, we handle this data in the following way:

Transparency notice: DIGIMRKT logs and reviews a subset of bot conversation flows for internal system training. This is done to improve the quality, accuracy, and natural feel of your bot's responses — making it more effective for you and your customers over time. We want to be fully transparent about how this works and what safeguards are in place.
To continuously improve the conversational quality of the DIGIMRKT bot, we collect and internally analyse anonymised samples of chat interactions that occur through bot instances on our platform. This process works as follows:
By using DIGIMRKT, you acknowledge and consent to this data practice on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, inform your end-users that their interactions with your WhatsApp bot may be used in anonymised form for service improvement purposes. We recommend disclosing this in your own customer-facing communications where appropriate.
We retain your account data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon subscription cancellation or non-renewal, your bot folder and associated configuration data are retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, data is irreversibly removed from our servers.
Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations (GST and accounting compliance).
Anonymised conversation samples collected for system training are retained for a maximum of 6 months and permanently deleted thereafter, independent of your subscription status.
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted server environments, access controls, and routine security monitoring. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you via your registered WhatsApp number within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident.

DIGIMRKT is a business tool intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us immediately at support@digimrkt.in.
