Refund Policy

Our policy on subscription payments, cancellations, and exceptional refund circumstances.

Summary: DIGIMRKT subscriptions are non-refundable once your bot has been activated (i.e. after your bot folder has been created on our server following successful payment). Please read this policy in full before purchasing.

1. Our General Policy

DIGIMRKT provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. Because the service is delivered digitally and your bot instance is provisioned immediately upon payment confirmation, we follow a strict no-refund policy once activation has occurred.

This is consistent with standard SaaS practice and is necessary because provisioning your bot involves real server resources that are allocated to your account the moment payment is verified.

3. The 24-Hour Pre-Activation Window

If you have completed payment but your bot has not yet been activated (no QR code scanned, no bot folder active), you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment by contacting us via email or Telegram.

To request a pre-activation refund, you must:

Verified pre-activation refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay.

4. Technical Failures

If your bot fails to provision or go live due to a verified technical failure on our end, we will investigate and either resolve the issue within 48 hours or offer a full refund. Technical failures caused by user error (e.g. entering an incorrect WhatsApp number, scanning an expired QR code) are not eligible for refunds.

5. Duplicate Payments

In the rare event of a duplicate charge (same account charged twice for the same subscription period), we will refund the excess amount in full. Please report duplicate charges within 7 days with your Razorpay payment reference IDs. Refunds for duplicate payments are processed within 5–7 business days.

6. No Refund After Activation

Once your bot has been activated — meaning your bot folder has been created, panel credentials have been sent to your email and WhatsApp, or your QR code has been generated — the subscription is considered fully consumed and no refund will be issued for the remainder of that billing period, regardless of:

You may stop your subscription at any time by not renewing at the end of the billing period. DIGIMRKT does not currently offer automatic renewals. Your bot will remain active until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing month.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without prior communication with DIGIMRKT will result in immediate account suspension. If a chargeback is found to be unjustified, we reserve the right to pursue recovery through available legal channels.
