Quick answers before you reach out

Visit the QR section on our website. A fresh QR code will be generated for your account. Open WhatsApp → Linked Devices → Scan — done in under 30 seconds. No need to contact support for this.
If it's been more than 15 minutes since payment without panel credentials arriving on your email or WhatsApp, contact us on Telegram with your payment reference ID and we'll resolve it immediately.
Contact us on Telegram with your registered username and WhatsApp number. After verification, we'll reset your panel password within a few hours.
Log into your web control panel at admin.ucvault.store using your panel credentials. API URL and other configuration can be updated from within the panel without contacting support.
Simply do not renew at the end of your current billing month. Your bot will remain active until the period ends. No action is required on our side — we do not auto-charge.
