The terms and conditions that govern your use of DIGIMRKT's software and services.
By registering for or using DIGIMRKT, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
DIGIMRKT is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides WhatsApp automation tools for digital entrepreneurs. The service enables subscribers to operate an automated WhatsApp bot that processes customer requests and communicates with service provider APIs.
DIGIMRKT does not itself provide digital services or any form of engagement. We provide automation software only. Fulfilment of services is handled entirely by the service provider APIs connected by our users.
To use DIGIMRKT, you must:
When you register, you must provide a unique username (5–12 alphanumeric characters), your full name, an email address for credential delivery, a primary WhatsApp number (on which the bot will operate), and a secondary WhatsApp number for payment confirmation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your panel login credentials.
Your username is permanent and cannot be changed after registration. If you register with false information, DIGIMRKT reserves the right to terminate your account without refund.
DIGIMRKT offers a single subscription plan at ₹399 per month. The subscription grants you access to all features of the platform for one calendar month from the date of activation.
You agree to use DIGIMRKT only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund. DIGIMRKT is not liable for any consequences arising from misuse of the automation tools provided.
You acknowledge that using automated bots on WhatsApp may violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service. DIGIMRKT provides the automation software as-is. You assume full responsibility for any consequences including but not limited to temporary or permanent banning of your WhatsApp number by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms.
DIGIMRKT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way associated with WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc.
We aim to maintain high availability of the DIGIMRKT platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. The platform may experience downtime due to:
DIGIMRKT will not issue refunds for service interruptions caused by third-party factors or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
All software, code, design, branding, and content constituting the DIGIMRKT platform are the intellectual property of DIGIMRKT and its founders. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for the duration of your active subscription. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DIGIMRKT and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to DIGIMRKT in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. If you choose not to renew, your bot instance will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will be deactivated and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
DIGIMRKT may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You agree to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
DIGIMRKT reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify active subscribers via their registered WhatsApp number at least 7 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
